REWI Funds Over $50mm in Real Estate Loans in a Flurry of REWI Transactions



REWI Funds Over $50 million in Loan Transactions over the past few months.

In June 2024 Pennsylvania a brand new Investor acquired a package of Investment Properties for a total of 12 units with entrance cap rate of 12% after turnover the value of the portfolio will increase by $300,000


In July 2024 Florida investor purchased 3 Turnkey Condos in Central Florida to used for Short Term Rental Airbnb the purchase of the package was discounted by 20% and expects a 17% Cap Rate with the estimated numbers as short term rental





In August 2024 REWI Investor purchased a Fix & Hold Row home in Baltimore near John Hopkins for purpose of long term rental with an entrance cap rate of 10%




In September 2024 REWI Investors purchased Multi Unit Complex in Fort Worth, TX for Purpose of Long Term Hold with a cap rate of 9%




In October 2024 a Brand new REWI Investor completed the 1st part of 4 pack of homes acquiring a Turnkey Rental in East Baltimore with entrance cap rate of 10%, the same investor acquire the 2nd part of the 4 pack a 2 unit property in NEPA for a discounted property.





In November 2024 In New Jersey REWI Funds was able to Fund Renovation for a Fix & Flip 1/2 way through the renovations that was stuck due to non-performing contractor. REWI was able to restart the project injecting new funds with a new timeclock to complete the project. The projected return for the investor is 38% ROI despite elongated timetable.





REWI Funds is looking to continue to be very active in the Funding Space, focusing on helping on REWI Investors Start... Grow... Scale. REWI has funded over $100mm in loans since REWI Funds Inception in 2022 and maintains a 0% Default rate on all loans funded.
